10-01-2006 >> Photo's from the mounted exhaust and brackets for the inter cooler

10-01-2006 - This is the start of a series of photo's from the mounted exhaust. It starts with a view from the top. You can see the exhaust manifold, under it the turbo and a bit more down a part of the exhaust's down pipe.

10-01-2006 - Seen from under the car, the rear of the car is to the left. The turbo is somewhere in the black hole in the top of the photo. The greasy pot is the right hand CV-joint.

10-01-2006 - Looking from the front towards the back. This gives an indication of how high the exhaust is mounted. Only the damper in the middle is a bit lower than the floor of the car.

10-01-2006 - Another look from the front towards the back. This gives a beautiful view of the routing of the exhaust, avoiding the shifter and creating enough room for the flexible piece.

10-01-2006 - The end piece of the exhaust, in the middle of the photo the most-rear rubber mount. Their is a clearance of 1 cm between the end piece and the sheet metal right above it. Should be enough!

10-01-2006 - The 'middle' rubber mount (out of four?!?). You can see the amount the middle damper hangs under the car. This is just about what I anticipated...

10-01-2006 - Added a skit-plate to the front of the damper. In case something hits the damper (or the other way around), the damper should at least go over the obstacle, not be ripped from under the car.

10-01-2006 - Made a bracket the mount the inter cooler. This is the left side, finished and mounted in rubbers. This position of the inter cooler is as in this photo

10-01-2006 - I'm still working on the right bracket. It's a lot more complicated than the other bracket, because the engine, for mounting points, is far away...
